If you are unsatisfied with a paid Market Mirae subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription charge.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original transaction.
- The 7-day guarantee applies once per customer.
- Refunds do not apply to fraudulent chargebacks or to accounts that have violated the Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@marketmirae.com with the subject line "Refund request" and the email address used for your subscription. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; unused scans remain available until the end of the current billing month.
Free Tier
The Free tier is, well, free — there is nothing to refund.
